To this end, G&D North America, Inc. is implementing a new strategic plan with a renewed focus and under a highly qualified management team including the following: Jon Litt, as Managing Director, who is responsible for the development of the regional corporate strategy and establishment, development, and management of all activities throughout the Americas. Jerrie Anderson, as Executive Director of Sales, is building and managing a new structure to the G&D North American sales team, designed to offer the most effective support to its focused customer base. Antoinette Mata, as Director of Operations, manages all operations, human relations, and business analysis and planning throughout the Americas. Karl Johnson will provide product, engineering, and training support to the team as Director of Engineering. He will also serve as the America’s product management representative.
G&D North America aims to be industry leader
The solutions’ provider is also expanding its sales and technical departments. In order to be able to offer its customers an even better service. This includes the following: Craig Abrams, recently promoted to Director of Business Development for Broadcast & Entertainment, North America, has now expanded his regional responsibilities throughout all of North America, working with end users, consultants and key reselling integration partners. A recent new hire is Steven Cruz as the Director of Business Development for Mobility in North America. Steven’s expertise in the mobility space will greatly add to G&D’s capability to support end users and consultants within the mobility space for air traffic control, traffic, rail, and maritime operations. Carlos Mira, was recently promoted to Director of Sales, Latin America (LATAM). He will be developing a strong presence for G&D throughout Latin and South America. Also added to the team is Pat Hart, Regional Channel Sales Manager for the US West territory. Pat will be developing and managing a strong integration reseller base to support G&D efforts in the western United States and Canada.
Andy Cooper, now Senior Field Application Engineer, will specialize in providing both pre-sale and post-sale system design and technical support. Daisy Torres, recently promoted to Sales Operations Support Specialist. She will be managing the order fulfillment process for both the reselling partners and the GDNA team. Torres will enhance the overall customer experience.
New focus on industrial, mobility, entertainment and government market segments
“As part of our new strategic vision, we will expand into the industrial automation, mobility, broadcast and entertainment markets. In addition, we want to focus on government and expand our capabilities there,” said Litt. Industrial automation will include manufacturing, process control, energy/oil & gas, power generation, utilities, and telecommunications.
The company will also expand its presence in the mobility market. Including air traffic control (ATC), traffic management, rail, and maritime market sectors. G&D’s broadcast and entertainment sector will continue to grow and will retain a strong focus.
One market that stands out above all others is government. G&D recognizes the value to the government customer of product security certifications. “Our products are among the most secure in the industry. Therefore, the obtainment of government certifications is a top priority for G&D North America, Inc.” says Litt.

New headquarters in Houston, Texas
To fully execute its new strategic plan, G&D North America Inc. is relocating its Americas’ headquarters from its current location in Burbank, California to Houston, Texas in the Spring of 2023. The new location will provide an effective environment to support its regional operations. In addition to providing a highly effective facility from which to run system demonstrations, product training and solutions demonstrations. The new headquarters will be a facility that the entire G&D team will be proud of. “Our goal at G&D North America is to become an employer of choice in the industry, offering a family-like atmosphere and a culture that allows employees to achieve their personal and professional goals,” said Managing Director Jon Litt, “The new headquarters is part of the effort to achieve that goal.”
G&D North America to showcase KVM technology at ISE in Barcelona and DISTRIBUTECH in San Diego
G&D North America has a full schedule of trade shows and events to demonstrate high-performance KVM equipment engineered and made in Germany. Interested parties can meet representatives from the management team at ISE in Barcelona at booth 5F320 from January 31 to February 3, 2023. They will be showing the latest KVM solutions and their seamless integration with AV systems. Providing the best possible system homogeneity and interoperability in control room installations.
The team will also attend DISTRIBUTECH in San Diego. From February 7 to 9, visitors can get an overview of G&D’s expertise at booth 1440. Here, the focus will be on the industrial automation and power utilities market.
