Desperate times call for desperate measures. This morning, our colleague Manuela Enders left her car at home and decided to saddle her horse, Milar, to get to work. Instead of lamenting about the perpetually high costs for fuel, Manuela’s the perfect example of how to use alternative energies.
1 HP, some water, some hay. Insurance. There you have your fuel efficient means of transportation.
The enthusiastic rider further explained: “For lunch, we will stop by an American burger restaurant. And, of course, we will use the drive-through, or should I say the ride-through?”
Update:
Both rider and horse returned well-fed and unharmed from their adventure. I wonder if said restaurant also offers the Jolly Jumper Special with extra carrots on top?
