Many media and IT companies from the Siegerland region, Germany will meet at the first media and IT day m.it.tag, June 13, 2013. 
The media and IT day is the new leading event in the Siegerland region, supported by Siegen’s Chamber of Industry and Commerce. On board are IT system houses, hard- and software providers as well as suppliers of digital and classic communication. The presentation of the best-practice award “Best-of-Digital (BOD)” will round up the first media and IT day. Our concept of opening up of a new market brought us a nomination for the award.
Honouring the best performances: BOD Award
For us, the highlight of m.it.tag will be the presentation of the best practice award “Best-of-Digital (BOD)”. The award honours IT and media projects of regional companies. To be considered for nomination, companies had to create a regional, national, international or global concept to strengthen the company’s competitive position. That’s not only something to benefit from as a company. Such concepts make the whole region even more competitive.

The presentation of the BOD Award will take place during the evening event of m.it.tag, June, 13. So let’s all keep our fingers crossed and hope that we can take home the award.
